
St Kitts born comedian and actor Felix Dexter died on Friday. Dexter who was 52 years old had suffered from bone marrow cancer.
Dexter, who became popular in the black comedy The Real McCoy and also performed with the Royal Shakespeare Company, moved to the UK when he was seven.
Before he became a comedian, Dexter studied law which he said helped him to deal with hecklers.
Dexter said his comedy was influenced by comedians Billy Connolly and American comics Richard Pryor and Bill Hicks.
